Birthday Party Package:
A basic Birthday Party Package with Charis Hamm, the Balloon
Artist, includes twisting time, photos of the event (taken
by Charis' mom, Faye) mailed to you on CD, and a special large sculpture made
ahead of time for the birthday child (you can choose the type of
sculpture to match the party theme or your child's favorite). There are various samples of special birthday party sculptures around the website!
If
there are less than a dozen children at
the party there will be time for Charis to teach a basic balloon dog to
all the participants (including parents) during the last 10 minutes of the party. Please note that this is much more effective with
the age 7 and up crowd, but we'll help your children be successful
whatever their age!
If there are more children and you would really like
extra teaching time, you will need to book more time with Charis.
Twisting Supplies If
you
book a second hour for your birthday party, Charis will bring, as
another gift for your child, a bag of 100 assorted-colour,
professional-grade
balloons and a professional hand pump to be left with your child.
If you do not want to book a second hour and would still like the twisting supplies,
Charis will provide those for $25.

Charis charges $150 per hour. This includes all balloons and supplies. All you need to provide
is a sheltered place for her to stand where her audience can see her.
Birthday parties are only a fraction of what Charis does and can do.
Charis has made her special balloon art at company picnics, grand
openings, community fairs, weddings, and can make balloons at almost
every type of special occasion! The adults enjoy a sculpture as much as the kids! We are willing to work with you to
make your event fun and exciting.
Please contact us early about your special event as she'd often booked
months in advance for special calendar days and popular weekends.
Charis also has a discounted rate of $100 per hour for
registered charities (non-profit, non-governmental organizations). She will take these bookings without hesitation, based on availability.
In addition, Charis is involved with a number
of wonderful
charitable organizations where she fully donates her time and balloons. She
will not be taking any more of these bookings during this calendar year, but if
you'd like to put in your requests for 2010, your organization will be considered for her limited number of fully subsidized events. Send Charis a detailed e-mail about your organization, your special event and how a balloon twister will enhance your event.
